Soooooo my dear ladies!
now that I’ve confirmed from my last Vlog that I’m still alive, I’m gona make sure that you actually trust that news 😀 i’m writing a blog post just incase you have your doubts. Past couple of weeks were a total disaster as Ubaid is onto something nice Alhumdulilah which keeps him busy from 8am – 8pm . So its just me and Ayra all day long. I know all of you super moms do it but why it was particularly hard on me because ever since Ayra is born it was always two of us taking turns with her. So right now i’m just making terms with this fact that the reality is finally here and i have to stop being a baby myself and put on my mommy cape.
Just last weekend we took her to RiverLand (A park by Dubai Parks and Resorts) not only she loved running around chasing birds and scaring little boys (haha) but also made us realize that at times kids are so easy to please. Meaning all she wanted to do was run, see new places, touch new textures, catch rain drops and follow birdies. Anyway enough of obsessive complusive mom talk. Im quickly gona list a few
10 Things you MUST do at Riverland Dubai
1- Enjoy the music in the background and dance to it when you reach India gate (not a compulsion but Ayra and I did it and loved it :D)
2- Talk a walk on one of their beautiful bridges at the French Village
3- Don’t forget to take at least a 100 pictures. Literally the place is that picturesque soaking in the experience of a french village, with different shops and restaurants
5- Buy fridge magnets from one of the kiosks
6- Try to distract your kids as soon as you approach Legoland entrance otherwise you’re dead 😛
7- Hog as much food as you can from all the different themed restaurants/food stalls at the boardwalk (it was our favorite)
8- Spot jugglers or live entertainers
9- Take a boat ride across Riverland (you get a free boat ride if you buy a VIP parking ticket of 100 AED)
